Shipping policy

We are happy to offer free shipping on all one-time and subscription orders over $60.

Shipping is calculated after any discounts or promotions are applied. If a discount brings your total below $60, standard shipping charges will be added.

For U.S. orders under $60, shipping will be either $5.95 or $9.95, depending on the number of items in your order.

For Canadian orders, shipping is $9.95. Please note that customers in Canada are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

We know you’re eager to receive your coffee, and we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Processing and Shipping Schedule

We begin processing orders right away and ship seven days a week, excluding major holidays. Because processing starts immediately, we’re often unable to make changes once an order is placed, but our team is happy to help if you reach out as soon as possible.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We ship from our fulfillment location in Illinois.

Shipping Methods

Our system automatically selects the most efficient shipping service based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. 

If you have a preferred carrier or delivery method, please contact our support team before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been labeled for shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey and see the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Time

Average transit time is 3–4 business days, though this can vary based on your location and carrier volume.
